Are Shimmer Markers washable?
Yes and no! Shimmer Marker ink will wash off of skin fairly easily but less well from surfaces. We advise treating them like permanent markers.
Are Shimmer Markers toxic?
No! Shimmer Markers are non-toxic and safe. Yes, we know that the 80s version had a strong smell that seemed toxic, but ours do not. They have very limited scent and are also acid and xylene-free.
Where are your products made? Where do they ship from?
We're an American company headquartered in Washington, DC. All of our coloring books are produced in the United States, while our other products are made in China. We ship all US orders from our fulfillment center in Watertown, Wisconsin.
How long does shipping take?
All of our orders ship next business day and typically take 3-5 days for delivery, depending on where you're located.
Can I return them if I don't like them?
You bet! If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, send it back for a full refund - no questions asked. We're so confident in our products that we give you a full 90 days to try them out!
