Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days once the order has been processed.

Orders typically ship the next business day after they're placed. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holiday fulfillment center closures.

The postal service may prematurely scan your package as delivered when that may not actually be the case.

Please allow 24-48 hours after your package has been indicated as delivered for it to actually show up if it is not already with you!

New Shimmer Marker tips look dry before you get them started. All you need to do is press the tips down into the paper (either repeatedly press or hold it there) and the ink will begin to flow down into the tip.

Sometimes you need to do this for a little longer than you'd expect. When the ink fills the tip, you're ready to doodle!
